ASAGBA'S VISIT TO USA
The Asagba of Asagba, H.R.H OBI (PROF) CHIKE EDOZIEM is scheduled to arrive the United States on Monday June 8th 1998
for a private visit.
In a letter sent to APF by the secretary to the Asagba, The Asagba of Asaba expressed a wish to visit with Asaba indegenes in
the USA during his two-week stay.
The secretary to the Asagba of asaba further stated that the Asagba will like to discuss
with Asaba Indigenes in the United States among other things the following:

Formation of one or more branches of the Asaba Development Association (ADA) in the United States.
Asaba Development Association is the approved name of associations(unions) of Asaba indigenes outside Asaba.

Communication between all Associations, the home branch and the Palace of the Asagba of Asaba.
- Raising of funds for development. The priorities are:

Rehabilitation of Ogwa-Ukwu Ahaba which serves as the Asagba in council's Town Hall and Office Complex.
