Getting a website or E-mail address account at asaba.com constitute a contract between you and Asaba-online under the following terms:
  • Asaba online does not allow adult materials on its sites.
  • You will not have any links from your website to any site that has adult materials
  • You will not have any copyrighted materials on your site.
  • Your site will not contain any item that is illegal anywhere in the world.
  • You will not send unsolicited e-mail using asaba-online's resources or refer to a site that resides on asaba-online through unsolicited e-mail
  • You will not use any asaba-online resources to harass, or engage in any form of internet abuse.
  • Any violation of any part of this term of service will result in immediate termination of your account. Other legal actions may be taken against you.
  • Asaba online is the sole arbiter of what constitutes the violaton of our term of service.
